Consultation · Preparation & boundaries
Tell us what you want to understand.
Prepare for a wenwan walnut consultation: your question, comfortable budget, clear photographs and the risks you want to resolve.
01 / FIELD NOTES
Start with the question
Tell us whether you are choosing your first pair, comparing candidates, checking a concern about treatment or learning how to care for walnuts you already own.
Share your comfortable budget, buying channel and clear photos if available. Show the base, tip, sides and ridges in natural light. You can also begin by discussing a direction without photos.

How the conversation works
We first consider risks and source information, then shell quality, surface quality and natural character. Only after those checks do we discuss size, pairing and price.
Advice can help you build a framework and spot visible warning signs. Images and online conversation cannot establish every hidden condition or replace inspection of the object.

What to expect when buying
The photos correspond to the actual pair. Before shipment, we record an unedited six-side video and disclose observed minor repairs, blemishes and other known issues.
We offer seven-day no-reason after-sales support. If a previously hard-to-observe issue such as concealed yellowing appears during handling, contact us promptly and preserve the records; verified cases are eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer investment guarantees or fixed universal price lists. For overseas enquiries, confirm delivery, payment and any destination-specific arrangements first.
